About this Course

The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course is designed for IT professionals who already hold an ITIL®4 certification and want a focused, efficient pathway to understanding what has changed in ITIL® Foundation (Version 5). Rather than revisiting familiar material, this one-day bridge course concentrates exclusively on the key enhancements, new concepts, and structural updates that distinguish ITIL® Version 5 from its predecessor.

ITIL® Version 5 marks a significant evolution of the framework — positioning it squarely within the digital and AI-driven world. This course introduces participants to the expanded emphasis on digital product and service management, explores how the framework has been modernized to reflect current organizational realities, and equips learners with the updated conceptual vocabulary and model understanding needed to operate effectively in a Version 5 context.

The course also prepares participants to sit and pass the ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) certification examination, which is focused exclusively on Version 5 updates and assessed through a 20-question, closed-book, multiple-choice exam.
