About this Course

The ITIL^® (Version 5) AI Governance certification class is an extension module in the ITIL (Version 5) qualification scheme. This course provides candidates with practical guidance for governing AI responsibly, effectively, and at scale.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of modern business and society, influencing how organizations operate, compete, and create value.
